At idetrend, we want you to love your Winter Hat, Sweaters, and Pants. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns – 30 Day Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Unworn and unwashed – Items must be in the same condition you received them.

Original tags attached – All product tags must still be on the item.

Original packaging – Please include any original boxes or poly bags if possible.

No odors or stains – Items with perfume, smoke, deodorant, makeup, or other marks cannot be accepted.

Non-returnable items:

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"

Gift cards

Underwear or face masks (for hygiene reasons)

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at:

Please include the following information in your email:

Your order number

The item(s) you wish to return

The reason for the return

We will respond within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and the return shipping address.

Please do not send any items back before receiving our return confirmation. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For defective or incorrect items – If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost. Please provide photos of the issue when you contact us.

For all other returns (size issues, change of mind, etc.) – Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds – Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 5–10 business days after approval.

Partial refunds – Items that show signs of wear, missing tags, or damage caused by the customer may receive only a partial refund at our discretion.

Shipping fees – Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item).

Please note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website. This ensures you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from our approval notice, please check:

Your bank account or credit card statement again

Contact your credit card company or bank – some institutions take additional time to post refunds

If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at idetrend@outlook.com with your order number.

8. Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order before it is shipped. Please email us as soon as possible at idetrend@outlook.com. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange a return label (at no cost to you) and send a replacement or issue a full refund as soon as possible.

10. International Returns

For international orders, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please note that customs fees, taxes, or duties paid at the time of purchase are generally non-refundable. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
