During peak seasons (such as winter holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if any significant delays occur.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed (not from the order date).

3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using:

Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the tracking information to become active.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Domestic orders (within the same country as our warehouse) – No additional customs fees apply.

International orders – Your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country's customs office. These charges are not included in the price you paid on our website and are your sole responsibility.
Please check with your local customs office for an estimate of these fees before placing your order. We are unable to predict or cover these charges, and they are non-refundable even if you return your order.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
While we do our best to ensure reliable delivery, once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for:

Delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or holidays

Lost packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier (please check with neighbors or your local post office first)
If your package has not arrived within a reasonable time (e.g., 5 business days past the maximum estimated delivery date), please contact us at idetrend@outlook.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or file a claim on your behalf.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at idetrend@outlook.com.

If your order has not yet been processed, we can update the address for you.

If your order has already shipped, we cannot change the address. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address will be subject to re-shipping fees (the original shipping cost plus a handling fee).
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a carrier attempts delivery but is unable to complete it (e.g., no one available to sign, incorrect address, no access to building), the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
9. Shipping to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please note that delivery to these addresses may take longer than standard shipping times.
10. Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on inventory location or package size. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
