Check Your Email
After your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page.

If you already have your tracking number, you can use it to check the latest status of your shipment. (You can insert a tracking form widget here if your e-commerce platform supports it.)

Visit the Carrier's Website Directly
You can also track your order by going to the shipping carrier's website (such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS) and entering your tracking number.

Tracking Number Not Working?

Tracking numbers may take 24–48 hours to become active after you receive the shipping confirmation email. If your tracking number still isn't working after that time, or if you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days, please contact us.

Order Status Basics

Processing – We've received your order and are getting it ready to ship.

Shipped – Your order has left our facility and is on its way to you.

Delivered – The carrier has marked your order as delivered. If you can't find it, please check with neighbors or your local post office.
